Check-In

• 3PM (Mountain Standard Time)
• Use the door code provided to you via your booking source (AirBnb/VRBO/etc. message)
• How to use the door code:
• Place your palm over the code, or press on the touch pad to activate
• Enter your code then the "unlock" symbol (green)
• Pull on the door a bit towards you to ensure proper alignment
• The door can stick, due to the temperatures in the winter or summer at Garden City/ Bear Lake area.
• Tip: When locking the door, do the same!
• Send us a quick message to let us know you've arrived so we can turn off the security system.

Check-Out

• 11 AM, Mountain Standard Time*
• Set thermostat back to 55*F during Winter/Spring time (if there's still snow on the ground)
• If you have time, please help out our cleaning lady by starting a load of the dishwasher prior to leaving.
• Send us a message saying you've departed.

*Late checkouts without prior coordination may be charged extra due to delays to the next guest.

Internet Use

• The passcode is in your welcome message
• Please be respectful of our internet, and do not perform illegal activities.

Media

• XBox One, and some games
• Roku + RokuTV Live Channels

Trash

• If you are staying on a Sunday, please roll the trash bins to the front curve for the trash pick up.
• Trash is picked up on Mondays
• For trash overflow, there are dumpsters in the city, here is the link to the Rich County Sanitation

Cleanliness:

• We provide boot/shoe trays at the entrances. Please try your best to use them to keep the floors clean for your stay.

Tips:

• There are three remotes for the living room: TV, Roku, Fireplace
• Filtered water is available through the fridge water dispenser
• You are free to use the Garage. You will receive a personalized garage code during your stay.
